I have always thought that Boots the Chemist was up-to-date in make-up, ideas and hair products.

whether you think this is interesting is another question in actual fact it is a complaint. why is it that ordinary items such as tubes of hand cream including your own brands are no longer available in the smaller stores only in the large impersonal stores not every one has transport to enable them to get to these places or afford the prices of nivea or neutregen

'Boots' was the first word I learnt to spell. I did this while I was waiting for the bus, with my Nan after she'd done the weekly shop in Macclesfield. The Boots store was just across the road from the bus stop. I was about four years old.

It is interesting that you keep discontinueing Botanics eye make up remover and I am unable to find any one in your stores to tell me why or if there is any chance of you stocking it again
