I totally agree. I live in Seattle USA. I try to share something of my cultural experience with the people I mix with. Whenever I am invited to a part I offer to bring a Trifle. People love my trifles, Delia Smith provided the recipe. DELIA SMITH. People here know about tiramisu, they don;t know about the trifle but they love it. It is much requested. It is beautiful, Britain has a reputation for being rather 'bland' when it comes to food, with Delia's trifle recipe I have opened the minds and the taste-buds of non-English people, lets do it!
