Dennis Severs' House

This restored red-brick Georgian terraced house, built in 1724, was owned by American-born Dennis Severs, who died in 1999. The eccentric designer and performer recreated a historical interior that takes the visitor on a journey from 1685-1919.

Every Monday evening (except Bank Holidays) by candlelight. Booking necessary. First and third Sunday of each month, 2pm-5pm, no booking required. Monday lunchtimes following the first and third Sunday, 12pm-2pm. No booking required.
