Gormley's "Another Place", previously seen in Germany, Norway and Belgium, can be seen at Crosby Beach until November 2006, when it may be taken to New York.
From Blundellsands railway station: on the opposite side of the tracks to the ticket office, the Southport train side, walk down Blundellsands Road West to the end and a short footpath leads to the beach (5-10 minutes). Antony Gormley's "Another Place" stretches nearly two miles along Crosby Beach and is well signposted.
