Here you’ll find nearly 90 historical vehicles, mostly from the Greater Manchester area, as well as a collection of archives and transport-related objects. The vehicles follow the development of public road transport in Greater Manchester, from horse-drawn vehicles to the first generation of accessible transport, including horse-drawn buses, trams, coaches and trolleybuses. The museum also has a library of books, images, films and videos.
