Morgans do change your life, as do some of the people who drive them. After many years of trying for a child, my wife and I attended a dinner dance in Malvern, we won a rather large teddy bear in the raffle that we did'nt really need but rather than give it away, I talked to it and a year or so later our son was born. He's loved both his Morgan and teddy ever since. I fear that he might get ideas of nicking it from me (the Morgan that is!) but as he is only six I've still got a little time left to enjoy it.

I have owned a Morgan for the past 40 years. You don't need to be a genius to keep them running, you return parts by post when and if required - pound for pound. It's great fun to drive and as yet I've not received any road rage from other drivers, quite the reverse in fact. Generally, my Mogan raises a smile, particularly if it's raining! A brilliant car that does not decrease in value the longer you keep it, what more could you want?

although i need transportation, driving cars is no longer a thrill to me. but when i turn the ignition on my +8, when i hear the fuel pump humming and then the barking of the two sidepipes i get goose bumps. old man playing - anybody against it ?

Our Morgan, a 1952 four-seat flat rad, took myself and my wife over most of the UK in our last 41 years, and never - NEVER - let us down. I'm now 74, a widower, and it's my only car. Folks chat everywhere I stop. Our 40-year-old son and his family will take over when I go on "the last big adventure". Thank you, KWP665.

11 years ago we met the craftsmen and women that were building our new car. Almost one hundred thousand miles further on it gives the same thrill every time we drive it out of our gararge as it did on that day when we drove it from the Morgan factory. What other car can engender such emotions?

ever since I was a boy I wanted one and having now got one I can assure anyone of its essential Englishness, it is hand crafted, idiosynchratic, with the hood up and side screens on it is as good as a spitfire - hood down and sceens off it is not only even more thrilling but will flutter the hem of any mini skirt, even with both hands at the wheel. Stylish, classical elegant and reliable this marque defines all that is great and good about England its iconic status is timeless its ubiquity remarkable, you even find them in Tasmania!

There are so many reasons but I suppose the most profoundly relevant here is that the car is instantly recognizable as English all over the World. It is the only car of its style still in production, still hand crafted, still family owned, still in a small rural town in England.

Since 1909 the Morgan Car Company Ltd have been producing these wonderful machines giving pleasure to those who own them and to those who see them on the road. It is the only car I have driven that generates a happy response from pedestrians and other road users.

Morgan Sports Cars are indeed the iconic vehicle. They are the vehicle that will turn people's heads, or cause a smile to appear on a blank face. We often go to France in one of our 2 Morgans and always get a great welcome. Park the car outside a super market, cafe or near the beach and it will attract much attention. The Morgan Sports Car must be the only (or very few) English things that the French like!!! La belle voiture!!
